According to an exclusive report byStar News, it is very possible that idol group BIGBANG’s brand new album may be released earlier than previously expected. It is said that the members of BIGBANG are in the final stages of album productions.
A representative of YG ENTERTAIMENT revealed to Star News on February 10, “BIGBANG already has a grasp of its new album and all of the members have been coming out to the company building since the beginning of February to focus on the production of the new album.”
The rep continued, “Despite each individual member’s busy overseas schedules, they are working hard to prepare for the new album. Because there are productions that they have previously completed in their spare time, the likelihood of BIGBANG’s new album coming out faster than planned is increasingly getting higher.”
It is said that the upcoming album is being aimed for release as early as before this summer. According to the rep, “BIGBANG’s album release is at the top of YG’s priorities because we know very well how long the fans have waited for their new album. The final product is high-quality and is coming along nicely.”
In the past week, YG Entertainment has been releasing “Who’s Next” teasers in the form of images of a bomb about to go off with the time and date stamped onto the timer.
On April 1, 2015 at precisely 9AM KST, the agency not only confirmed BIGBANG’s comeback, but released an image that lists several dates, each the first day of the month up until September 1st making fans wonder if they will be seeing a new release on each of those dates.
